2022-12-22T14:56:10.097+00:00 Hello there,
This can be caused by a trivial problem like the language settings of your system.
Corrupted or problematic drivers can also produce this issue so make sure you update them.
You can’t keep Windows settings personal files and apps error was caused by outdated drivers.
According to them, their graphics card driver was out of date, and that caused this problem to appear. To fix the issue, update your graphics card driver to the latest version and check if this makes any difference.
Hope this resolves your Query !!

2022-12-23T14:47:13.957+00:00 Most of the apps are from Microsoft Store. Once reinstallation of Windows 11 done, visit Microsoft Store and Sign in with Microsoft credential. Once you do that all your previous apps will be reinstalled.
