- Launch an Office application (Word or Excel). Click File.
- Go to Options.
- Select Trust Center.
- Select Privacy Options.
- On the right panel select Privacy Settings.
- Select all the checkboxes for the topics.
- Restart Word and check the help function on Microsoft word.
