can't send email

Hi,

We are getting this error:

2023-02-10 15:55:17 SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

2023-02-10 15:55:17 CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT

2023-02-10 15:55:17 SERVER -> CLIENT: 221 2.0.0 Service closing transmission channel

2023-02-10 15:55:17 Connection: closed

2023-02-10 15:55:17 SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

Our email was working perfectly until last week and we don't know what changed.

    Hi. I'm Brian

    How do you access the mailbox? Are you using a client like desktop Outlook or Thunderbird? How do you have the account configured? Is it IMAP, POP or Exchange? Is Outlook.com your mail provider - that is, does your address end in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or @msn.com? Can you log into the mailbox using a web browser?
