Hello, I am Leonielhou, an Independent Advisor and a user like you, I am happy to help clarify any questions you may have.

To use Microsoft Excel on a Mac, you will need to have Microsoft Office installed on your Mac. You can either purchase a standalone version of Microsoft Office(2019 to 2021) or subscription type with Office 365, which includes Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Once you have Microsoft Office installed, you can launch Excel from the Applications folder or the dock, create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one, and use Excel's features and tools to manage data, perform calculations, create charts and graphs, etc.

There are three different ways you can use Microsoft Excel on a Mac.

    1. You can purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription (allow for 6 installs on 6 different devices)
    2. You can purchase a stand-alone product (one license that never expires on on device)
    3. You can use the free web version at OneDrive.com

Outlookcom offers free email using your web browser. You can also use the full version of Microsoft Outlook desktop with either the stand-alone or subscription product.

I know msn email is now outlook or may be outlook.live.

I am a user but subcribed free decades ago, I get emails to upgrade storage that I hardly used, did nothing as yet.

I also know Feb1st being deadline. I believe I end up with outlook.live somtimes, with out me directing to the site.

Now may be, you could throw some light if I am considered a subsciber or not, to follow what you mentioned, I am not sure if I am inorder to follow your suggestion based on: "If you have a Microsoft Office license, or subscription"

    Thanks for your help.
