A wrong language of support and correspondence with Microsoft

Every time I purchase a Microsoft product, I receive a confirmation email in Portuguese. My account is open and set with the country of origin Romania and the language is Romanian. I want this lack of conformity to be corrected. My correspondence and assistance with Microsoft I want to do it in Romanian or English. Thanks

    However, this a Community Forum where one cannot actually have access to your account to better assist with this peculiar situation. Because this request may require sharing sensitive personal information for investigation, it is best to contact Microsoft directly.

    • Make sure to sign in using the Microsoft account linked to the service associated with your concern. • Select the product you need help with. • Choose 'Get Home Support' and you'll be directed to a page to input a brief description in a text field -- you may type in "technical Microsoft problem". • Click "Get Help" then scroll down and select "Contact Support". • Confirm your email then click Confirm after which you'll be allowed to consult a support agent.

    Hello Abdal, Thanks for your wellcoming note.My problem has been a long time, but I didn’t take the time to communicate it. My  microsoft account is set up properly, I mean at the menu language, region country, I set the Romanian language, and country-Romania. However, the messages I receive via email from Microsoft are in Portuguese.For the accuracy of those two information(correct Romanian/Romania language/country setting and emails in portuguese), i attach 2 print screens from my account and email.So, i presume I can't fix this problem from my account settings, I think Microsoft support can fix this situation. So how do I proceed? Thanks

    It sounds like there may be an issue with the language settings on your Microsoft account. In order to correct this, you can try the following steps:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account i.e. www.accounts.microsoft.com Go to the "Settings" page Under the "Language" section, select "Romanian" or "English" as your preferred language Save your changes.
