I cannot get into the payments options to update the payment method

When going to My Account portal, I am not getting the payment options to update the payment method.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For business | Other

    According to your description, the issue of your concern that you could not update the payment method.

    First of all, could you please allow us to know whether you're using Office 365 for business subscription or not?

    If so, for updating the payment options in Office 365, please be kindly to login your administrator account in here - Office 365 Admin Center Portal.

    1. In the admin center, go to the Billing > Bills & payments > Payment methods page.
    2. Select the row of the payment method to update. In the right pane, select Edit.
    3. Update your payment method information, including the name on the credit or debit card, billing address, or expiration date, and then select Save.
