How can I set up dual delivery from Outlook to Gmail using the same domain

I have 15 users on Office365 and I need to set up dual delivery so that email that comes in to Outlook then goes to Gmail. The domain is the same for both. My hosting provider can not accept multiple MX addresses so what other options do I have?

    Hi @Jocelyn Patrick ,
You could point the MX record to O365 and then enable forwarding in OWA to forward the email to Gmail.
Here is a similar case that you could refer to: Dual Delivery - Office 365 & GSuite

    Hi @Jocelyn Patrick ,
In your current situation, the dual delivery cannot be set up. Even if you could accept multiple MX records, only one random user will receive the email (the first to complete addressing), not to mention that you could only set one MX record. The current situation could not solve your problem. If you may accept another method, you could create another domain and then forward the email to make the users all receive the email.
