How to create a flowchart for free in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Powerpoint?

Hi, I'm interested to create a process flowchart using Microsoft Word.

However, it seems the product is using "Visio" which is paid product.

May someone advise of any alternative free flow-chart solution?
