The server {8CFC164F-4BE5-4FDD-94E9-E2AF73ED4A19} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. (Event ID: 10010)

I have this error alongside with:

(Audit events have been dropped by the transport.  0) (Event ID: 1101)

All happened with a blue screen (death screen)

The details of the error:

The 1408 PIN from the task manager is: (svchost.exe) (LOCAL SERVICE) (Host process for windows services)

My laptop is a Huawei matebook x pro 2020.

I already formatted the laptop and reset it back to factory but still not fixed.

how can I fix it?

    I had this issue since rebuilding my pc thought it may of been a part causing my pc to crash after taking my pc apart i was still having a issue after checking event log it came up with a few things having errors, mainly caused by network settings. after doing a network reset on the PC this seemed to relsolve the issues i was having. seems like a simple solution but it worked for me.

    But you're not talking to Microsoft here--just mostly other users, plus a few employees of support firms contracted by Microsoft.

    Yes, the problem might be with the Operating system itself. So, factory resetting will re-install the same copies of files again.

    So, re-install a new copy of the Operating system from the USB drive. Hopefully, it should fix the issue.

    Ensure you have all the files backed up.
