365 Family across countries?

Hi, I'm interested to take a 365 Family pack. Two of my relatives/parents however live in another country/nation.

Is that a potential problem?

If not, is everybody able to setup their software in the language they want?

Yes, as I understand it, there is no limit to where you can share 365 family.

The geographic limits only apply to the person buying and activating the Office / 365 license. Once it is activated, in theory there is no limit on where you can share and use 365. So you should be able to buy and activate 365 Family in the US and share with people in Europe.

Once you have an Microsoft 365 subscription, you have to renew within the same country. The restrictions apply only for renewal.

    Hi

    Question was if the 6 family members may be in different geographical nations? E.g. I'm based/emigrated in Italy, my parents live in Belgium.

    I don' want to pay the subscription and then find out this wouldn't work.

    For the family here I would like to i stall the Apps install in English/Italian, for my parents in Dutch.

    Please note, If you've purchased Microsoft 365 Family, you can share your subscription benefits with up to five other people. This includes any combination of PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones.     You can share Microsoft 365 Family with 5 other people in your household, for a total of 6 users. Microsoft 365 Personal can be used by one person.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account, Sharing page and select Start sharing. https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing

    The language settings can be selected based on the usage.
