I'm looking for a list I can of all commands for the quick access toolbar for Excel, Word, Access, and Project. I want to be able to search for a specific term in the command list, but if the command has a word that proceeds it, I can't find it alphabetically.

    Hi Kellen,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to list all commands in the quick access toolbar for multiple Office applications and be able to search the keyword for a specific command.

If so, currently, we can only find all commands for a specific Office application in itself. Also, there is no built-in search feature for the Quick Access Toolbar. When you select "All commands", all commands will be sorted alphabetically by their full name. Based on the situation, I would like to suggest you post a suggestion in Microsoft Feedback Portal where other members also posted their suggestions here. It's the platform for us to hear your voice and improve our products.

In the meanwhile, we welcome community members to share ideas about the situation if one has related experiences.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,
