Hi guys, is there anyone even know about the RTO and RPO of Microsoft 365? I've opened a ticket to try to get the answer from Microsoft support, it took almost 1 month but still do not have an answer for it and they even can not distinguish the difference between Availability in SLA and RTO, RPO in BCP. And you don't have a chance to complain. You know what, I feel like I'm dealing with an unknown software vendor. It totally sucks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for replying to me. I've looked into the article, it's about Windows 365 enterprise(basically is cloud pc solution), not Microsoft 365 which is not the system of my question refers to. Anyway, I really appreciate the information you provided. Thanks!
