    Dear respected OT-SBr,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, unfortunately the Track changes in greyed out on a 'Review' tab in Excel.

As the Track changes feature is in a Shared Workbook, for your reference: Track changes in a Shared Workbook

Based on my test to use track changes in Excel 365, If possible, could you please go to "Quick Access Toolbar" and add Track Changes (Legacy) and see if you turn on Track changes feature in your Excel shared workbook.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial suggestions may not resolve the problem very soon. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

    1. Could you please upload a screenshot of your Simpton for our reference.
    2. What’s your Excel version? OpenExcel > File > Account > Production Information and share a screenshot of it.  (Please mask your private information.)

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
