But there are few things that you can do:
- You must have logged in to your Microsoft account via ‘Office Home and Student’ that came preinstalled with your Dell PC, if so, do you not see it linked to your Microsoft Account if you visit it on —> account.microsoft.com
- Take the following steps and let me know if it helps you connect with Microsoft Support:
- Please go to this link ---> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
- Click on 'Microsoft 365'
- In the pop-up menu, click on 'Get Home support'
- Here, in the box under 'We're here to help', enter 'Common Office activation issues' and hit Enter
- Now you will see a button at the bottom that says 'Contact Support', click that
- Select the product 'Microsoft 365 and Office'
- Select 'Activate my product', click Confirm
