How to take responses from a previous form and convert it into another form?

Hi, is there a way to create a Microsoft Form from responses in an Excel sheet that were from a previous form? This is for a mass food tasting. I am sending out 5 choices from each category (Beef, Chicken, Fish) on a Microsoft Form and ask the client to pick 2 of the 5. I then want to take those two food choices and make another form for the client to select which choice of the 2 they would like to move forward with.Is this possible? It would be for about 100 clients at a time.

    Hi Isabella,

Thanks for posting your inquiry on our community. I am very glad to help you on it.

As far as I know, there is no out-of-box function of Microsoft Forms can realize your request. But there is a workaround, you can duplicate the old form and change choices manually to share with next person. Share a form or quiz as a template - Microsoft Support
