To use Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business suite, first - you will need to buy the Product.

Once purchased, Microsoft will send the 25-digit code to the Microsoft account used for the purchase.

Go to www.office.com/setup (or) Microsoft365.com/setup Sign in with your Microsoft account. Enter the product key. The key will be assigned to your account.

Once completed, you will see the license under your Microsoft account. So, when you activate or re-install the Office apps next time you don't need the key for activation, ESD (Digital license) will automatically activate the suite when signing in with your Microsoft account.

Do you get any error code/message when Activating Office programs? Do you see the subscription under your Microsoft account?

Hi,

What is the recommended solution if i have a computer onsite and intermittent internet loss but needs microsoft office to be installed there? i do have an esd license already. but i cant activate the product and download onsite.
