Good day,

I had two MS teams meetings with an external consultant, that were both recorded. I am trying desperately to access them again, but think I went past the expiration date. In the chat window, I can see both recordings but when I click on them I receive the below message:

Sorry, something went wrong

Sorry, you cannot access this document. Please contact the person who shared it with you.TECHNICAL DETAILS

Could MS please assist urgently?

    Dear Patrick,

    Good day!!

If the recorded meeting is expired, the recording will be moved to recycle bin automatically and stay there for the next 90 days before it's deleted permanently. So, please contact the owner of the recording immediately and recover the deleted recording from the recycle bin of OneDrive

Once the recording is restored, the expiration will be set to no expiration automatically.

Hope the above info helps and thanks for understanding.

    Best Regards,
