Cannot open or import a *.bpmn file format (from Signacio) in MS Visio.

All SAP best practice BPM Processes are in this file format *.bpmn and thus unable to import or open in my MS Visio Professional? Help?

As per your description, I'm sorry and I'm afraid to say that currently and unfortunately, Visio is not able to import .bpmn files. I do understand the inconvenience and I apologize for it.

Please understand because I believe this behavior from Microsoft developer product team, and we cannot control on it. I do understand the inconvenience and I apologize for it.

We feel your pain due to this limitation and we’re really feel sorry for it. Personally, I completely agree with you, regarding to your concern, I request you, please send/provided feedback to related Visio development team via Microsoft Visio feedback portal, so that they can get notice about it. Microsoft OneDrive product developers team monitor this site 24/7 and they will receive your request and put it into consideration. This is the best platform to let related team hear from you and make the products and services better for you and others.

We can expect this feature to be used in the future in Visio app.
