    Hello Janelle Z,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well?

Have you been paying for this subscription?

Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features. Scroll through the list until you see one or more entries for Microsoft Office. Or press "Windows + S", type "Word" > Open any Office application and select Account. Under Product Information, you'll find your Office product name such as Office 365.

You can also check your Installed programs from Control Panel.

If you have this license associated with your Microsoft account, you can find it in your services and subscription page using link below:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If it is associated with your Microsoft account, you can install and activate on new PC, no product key required.

To install Microsoft 365 from your Microsoft 365 subscription, find steps below for guidance:

    1. Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
    2. From the Office home page select Install Office.
    3. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).
    4. This completes the download of Office to your device. You can now proceed to install Office 365.
    5. Once you're done installing Office 365, you can then sign in your Microsoft account associated with this subscription to activate.

Hi Janelle, In the Windows search box type>Word>If you have Office 365 or other version of Office is installed you will see the Word App>Right click on it>Choose>Pin to Start or/and Pin to taskbar. Then you should be able to open it and it will tell you which version of Word you have.

OR Click on Windows Start>Settings>Apps> Type>Office in the little search box. It will bring up any versions of Office.
