Do the recently announced changes to OneDrive limits for free accounts also remove Bonus Storage Bundles?

I understand that my base limit on my free account will likely be changing from 15GB to 5GB.

My account also has a Loyalty bonus and a Camera Roll bonus from being with MS since SkyDrive and I believe buying a Windows phone during a promotion (HTC Windows 7, HTC Windows 8,, Nokia 928 . . . one of those phones). Will my account be losing those bonus bundles as well or do bonus bundles stay even after these changes?

You get no answer from him because he is fed up with your obfuscating replies where you deliberately avoid answering his question regarding the theft of his storage gigabytes. I had 30 gig loyalty bonus for buying

a windows phone I currently subscribe to a 1 tb until April 2024 and I notice you have stolen 25 gig from my account. So after it runs out I won't resubscribe. I,ll delete all my files prior to this and the 5gig you can take and put that where the sun's don't shine.

    Jason,

Your response answers nothing of my initial question, it is merely regurgitating the same answers in the FAQ and announcement.

My OneDrive currently has 17.5 GB of usage with nearly all of it being photos throughout the years I've owned it. My base OneDrive storage amount is 15 GB with an additional 25 GB of Loyalty Storage Bonus for a total of 40 GB.

After the changes are implemented will my OneDrive total for photo and file storage (EXCLUDING Email Storage & Attachments) be 5 GB or 30 GB?

    Thank you.

    Hello NeekoNJ

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have a query about the free storage of OneDrive and how it works. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

Based on the article you have a 5 GB of free cloud storage with your Microsoft account shared across your files and photos in OneDrive, attachment in Outlook.com and your Microsoft 365 apps. You also get 15 GB free Outlook.com email storage which is separate from your Microsoft cloud storage.

We look forward to your next response.

    Hello NeekoNJ

Hope you are doing well today!

My apology for the late response. I was out from the office for a couple of days. Let me continue to help you.

It seems like there is a misunderstanding about your issue to my initial response. The link provided are the general information about how the cloud storage works.

I made an extensive research about this matter. Sad to say we do have limited resources when it comes to this matter. As far as I know you may check the Microsoft storage by visiting the account.microsoft.com under Microsoft storage, which has links out to each and Outlook.com shows it's storage in Settings if everything was carry over.

    Hope you understand.

    Regards,
