Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Augustus,
To sync Outlook on your desktop to Outlook on your laptop, you can use Microsoft's built-in syncing feature called "Outlook.com" or "Microsoft 365 Sync." Here are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to both computers with the same Microsoft account that is linked with your Office 365 subscription.
- Open Outlook on your desktop and click on File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select the email account for which you want to enable syncing and click Change.
- Under Offline Settings, select Use Cached Exchange Mode and adjust any other settings as needed.
- Click More Settings > Advanced tab > Add option: outlook.office365.com
- Click OK twice then Next then Finish. Once these settings are configured correctly, all changes made in one version of Outlook will automatically be synced with the other version of Outlook when connected to an Internet connection. If you're having issues getting this setup working properly or have further questions about using Office software please let me know!
Best regards, Juan
