How to close this dialog box?

I am unable to use my Words or Excel because there’s this dialog box popping out. There’s a button for me to continue but it is not coloured, I am unable to press anything

    I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

    One way to close a dialog box that won't go away is to open the Task Manager by right-clicking anywhere on the lower black taskbar and choosing "Task Manager" from the drop-down list. Then, find "Microsoft Word" or "Microsoft Excel" near the top of the list, highlight it, and click "End Task". The reference is here: https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/a1f16374-a6ec-4f02-9d6a-9947c66527fa. This should close the dialog box and allow you to use Word or Excel again. If the problem persists, you can try repairing your Microsoft Office installation by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, right-clicking on Microsoft Office, and selecting "Change" then "Repair".
