Hi Loveu6363,
I'm Tim, an Independent Consultant here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.
To disable iCloud sync and prevent it from saving files to OneDrive, you can use the steps below:-
- Open the iCloud app on your computer.
- Click on the "Options" button next to iCloud Drive.
- Uncheck the box next to "Desktop & Documents Folders" to prevent iCloud from syncing those folders.
- Click "Done" to save the changes.
- Open the OneDrive app on your computer.
- Click on the "Settings" button and select "Preferences".
- Click on the "Account" tab and uncheck the box next to "Save space and download files as you use them".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
By following these steps, you should be able to disable iCloud sync and prevent it from saving files to OneDrive. However, keep in mind that disabling iCloud sync may affect how you access your files across devices, so be sure to consider the implications before making any changes.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further or If you find it helpful, you can mark this comment as the answer.
