How do Import a slide from a local PowerPoint into SOMEONE ELSE'S PowerPoint on PowerPoint SharePoint for business?

I have not found an answer to this online.

I understand I could save the local Powerpoint to OneDrive and then open on SharePoint to edit but I am not trying to do this.

Just trying to import a whole slide from a locally saved personal PowerPoint to someone else' collaborative PowerPoint on SharePoint online.

I can save, then import picture assets on the slide but they come out low res, or I can C and P but the same result.

I want to use the whole slide.

Thanks

    Hi Felix,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Regarding your query, you can use the feature Reuse Slides to add the slide from another presentation.

Based on the situation, you can use one of the following methods.

    Method 1:

    1. Upload the local presentation into OneDrive.
    2. Open the shared presentation in the browser (PowerPoint for Web), click the Insert tab> Reuse Slides, select the related presentation, and select the slide to insert.

    Method 2:

    1. Open the shared presentation in the browser, click the "Editing" button, and select "Open in Desktop App" to open the presentation in the PowerPoint desktop app.
    2. On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Slides group, click the arrow of New Slide, and then select Reuse Slides. In the Reuse Slides pane, click Browse, select the local presentation, and select the slide to insert.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
