    Hi @Jemin Prajapati ,

How to get office 365 users email internal, external and total sent count report?

Currently, if you are the global admin of your tenant, you can get the email activity report which includes the total sent count of users via Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Reports > Usage > Exchange > Email Activity. See Microsoft 365 Reports in the admin center - Email activity.

However, when it comes to internal and external, I am afraid there's no such a feature available at present. Given this, I've just tried submitting a suggestion via the dedicated feedback portal for Exchange Online. I'll leave the link below so that you or other community members can also add vote or comment there. Let's hope this kind of report can be added in the future.
