User keeps gettitng this errro when he tries to login to his ms365 account.

    I'd like to help you, please let us cooperate, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

    May I know if the error message appears when you try to log in OneDrive desktop application or log in Microsoft 365 home page in browser?

    If it happens when logging in OneDrive desktop application, you may try removing OneDrive credentials via steps below:

    1.Close OneDrive app. Open Credentials Manager > Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials > remove credentials related to OneDrive.

    2.Reopen OneDrive app and sign in account again.

    If it happens when logging in Microsoft 365 home page in browser, per searching, I found other community members shared that the error is caused by a cookie that is coming from www.office.com You may try deleting all cookies and site data.

    1. In Chrome settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data page there is an option for ‘Always clear cookies when windows are closed’ where individual sites can be added. Add www.office.com to this list.
    2. The corresponding setting in Edge is - Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > Clear on Exit, add www.office.com to this list deletes cookies and site data.

    In addition, may I know if the issue happens to a specific user in your organization?
