Can't able to send message from our domain to external recipient.

We are getting this error when we try to send email to external receiver.

"Your message hasn't been delivered yet. The message you sent to (external recipient) hasn't been delivered yet due to: Recipient server unavailable or busy. We'll let you know if we can't deliver it successfully."

    According to your description, the issue of your concern that you failed to send message from your domain to external users.

    First of all, could you pleas allow us to know what kind of the account that you're using, whether an Exchange account, or IMAP (Gmail, hotmail) or outlook.com? Please be kindly to understand that this step is very important to us that different accounts are using different servers for exchanging the data.

    Back to your main issue that you failed to send outbound emails and got the error for "Recipient server unavailable or busy. We'll let you know if we can't deliver it successfully."

    For this error, could you please tell us whether the issue happened on one specific user or multiple recipients?

    If the issue only happened on a specific user, based on the error which shows the issue relates to the recipient's server-side.

    If the given error prompted when you send to other recipient from the external, please be kindly to contact your administrator and run a message trace - Message trace in the modern Exchange admin center in Exchange Online.

    Once down, please share the detailed information of the detailed message trace with us for further assistance.
