why will my microsoft tafe account not let me edit the document? it says it is not available on mac

how do i start using it as i need to start my assessments i would appreciate any help thank you a lot

    Hi Katija,

    Based on the screenshot you provided, your subscription includes required service to activate Office for mac apps. Please try the following steps:

    1. Quit all the Office apps app. For example, if Word is open, you'll go to the upper left corner of your screen and click Word > Quit Word, repeat the similar steps for other Office apps.
    2. Download and run the License removal tool to remove all the Office keychain entries.
    3. Start any Office app again and follow the activation prompts.

    If the issue remains, may I suggest creating a new user account (for test purpose) on your mac and check if it shows the **** same behavior? Sometimes, a corrupt mac profile may create issues with the applications. If a user's specific information is corrupted, it may therefore could be the cause. In new user account, apps will run from scratch, and this will help us determine if the issue whether with the user profile or not.

    Hi Neha ,

    So it is saying that i am unable to edit any of the document's i need for tafe find attached screenshots to better understand what i mean. I believe tafe provides a microsoft 365 account to utilise all office material and i have a MacBook Air , thanks Katija.
