How can I use Data Analysis on an Excel Table? (from the Data ribbon, not Analyze Data on the Home ribbon)

    You can manually input the table name in Input Range.

    Yes, I understand that, but instead of using absolute cell references, I want to use structured references to fields in an Excel table.

    Data Analysis>Input range>choose the data in your table.
