It is possible that the "Crop" command is not available in the Hebrew version of Office 365 or available in location where I am not aware off.

In the meantime, you can use a workaround to create a keyboard shortcut for the "Crop" command. Here are the steps:

    1. Open a new Word document.
    2. Click on the "File" tab.
    3. Click on "Options".
    4. Click on the "Customize" tab.
    5. In the "Keyboard shortcuts" section, click on the "Add" button.
    6. In the "Command" box, type "Crop".
    7. In the "Shortcut" box, type the keyboard shortcut that you want to use.
    8. Click on the "Assign" button.
    9. Click on the "Close" button.

Now, you can use the keyboard shortcut that you created to crop images in Word.

Here are some other workarounds that you can try:

    * Use the "Print Screen" key to capture an image of the document, and then crop the image in a photo editing software. * Use the "Crop" command in another image editing software, and then paste the image into Word.

    Hi,

I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please refer to following steps to get it done :-

    1. Open Microsoft Word 365.
    2. Click on the "File" tab.
    3. Click on "Options".
    4. In the "Word Options" window, click on the "Customize" tab.
    5. In the "Customize" section, click on the "Keyboard shortcuts" button.
    6. In the "Customize Keyboard" window, select "Commands" from the "Categories" list.
    7. In the "Commands" list, select "Crop".
    8. In the "Press shortcut key" box, type the keyboard shortcut that you want to use.
    9. If the keyboard shortcut that you typed is already in use, Word will tell you which command is already using that shortcut.
    10. If the keyboard shortcut that you typed is not in use, Word will add the shortcut to the list of assigned shortcuts.
    11. Click on the "Assign" button.
    12. Click on the "Close" button.

Now, you can use the keyboard shortcut that you created to crop pictures in Microsoft Word 365.

    Here are some additional tips:

    * You can use any keyboard shortcut that is not already in use. * You can also use a combination of keys, such as Ctrl+Alt+C. * If you want to change the keyboard shortcut that you assigned to "Crop", follow the steps above and select the shortcut that you want to change. Then, type the new keyboard shortcut in the "Press shortcut key" box. * You can also delete a keyboard shortcut that you no longer want to use. To do this, follow the steps above and select the shortcut that you want to delete. Then, click on the "Delete" button.

    Dear Miss Gupta

Thank you for your quick answer. Since I already tried it I went all over again. The version is Hebrew version. The categories are in Hebrew while the commands are in English. So, to be sure I went over all the categories, none had the “crop” command inside. Could it be a bug in the Hebrew version of 365?

    Yours faithfully

    Dr. Greental
