You can share a document in Word without email by selecting Share, then Copy Link. You can then paste the link wherever you want. If you need to change any permissions for the link, select Link settings.

Alternatively, you can select the file, click the "i" on the right up corner, click plus person, then uncheck "sending an email invitation".
