Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi there Marion L,
Welcome to Microsoft Community
I'm Bobadoye and I'd be happy to help you out with your question.
- To find a subfolder in Outlook 365, you can use the Advanced Find option by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+F. You can either search the item in the search box within All Outlook Items and then double-click to open the message and find the subfolder, or select the All mail items or All subfolders icon to search all the folders. You can also expand the inbox or the selected folder and then individually select the subfolders that you are interested in searching. Click View > Folder Pane > Normal. Expand the Folder Pane by clicking the > on the left side of the screen.
You can click on this link as a guide to show all folders:

- If you know the name of the subfolder, you can right-click next to your inbox, then choose Properties. Click the Folder Size field in the new window. Outlook now lists all folders and sub-folders in your mailbox by name.
You can also check your deleted items to see if you have accidentally deleted the folder
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
Best Regards,
Bobadoye
