Powerpoint presentation very large

Hi- what is the average size of a powerpoint template? ours starts at 19.7 MB - is this too large?

    Well-constructed PowerPoint templates are usually in the range of 250kB to 2MB. Most likely the designer of your template has included images on the slide layouts, which makes the file size irreducibly large, unless you delete the unused layouts in Slide Master view.
