HI there,

I have created an overlay chart for two data sets like Achievement vs. Plan. I want to see the % achieved over the chart without adding secondary axis for the %. Please assist me.

Kind regards,

Netsanet

    Hi Netsanet

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

You can use data labels to show the percentage values directly on the chart. Follow the steps below

Click on the data series that represents the Achievement values to select it. Right-click on the selected data series and choose “Add Data Labels” from the context menu. The data labels will initially display the raw values of the Achievement data series. To change them to display percentages, right-click on one of the data labels and choose “Format Data Labels” from the context menu. In the “Format Data Labels” pane that appears on the right side of the screen, go to the “Label Options” tab and select “Percentage” under “Label Contains”. The data labels will now display the percentage values instead of the raw values.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
