O365 DKIM key upgrade 1024-bit keys to 2048-bit

I have DKIM key size 2048 for selector 1 and 1024 for selector 2. I am trying to upgrade selector 2 to 2048 key size. Do we have a command to rotate key size for just selector 2?

When we rotate/upgrade DKIM key size to 2048, do we have to update our external DNS record with new public key? we are using external DNS.
