I am currently working on an MFC C++ Application on Visual Studio version 2019.

The .ico file that gets created when we add an icon in resources contains the icons of different sizes in which the maximum resolution is 256x256, 32 bit.. Can we add an image type which has higher resolution than 256*256? If yes, how can I set this high resolution icon as icon of my application?

Working environment: Windows 10, Visual Studio - 16.11.15

Any help would be appriciated.
