everytime i go to join my friends in astroneer i get the error code failed to connect to host or host game not found, ive asked for them to reset the server which they have done but it does not work. one of my friends play on pc and one of them play on xbox. i tried joining via pc which failed, in which i then switched to xbox and it still has not work. the person hosting the game is on xbox and the friend that is on pc has no problem joining. all of our NAT types are open. what should i do?
