Nicoleburkey, thank you for your response.

If you still do not see the Speed option on the video,

    1. Export the video.
    2. Save it to your local file explorer.
    3. Open incognito mode in your browser.
    4. Go to https://app.clipchamp.com/
    5. Sign in with the same or a different account.
    6. Add the video you exported.
    7. Check if you have the speed option displayed.

(You can then split the video and make a particular clip fast(Speed)).

    Hello Nicoleburkey,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you.

I have tested the Options in both the desktop version and online. Both versions display the same editing options on the right.

    1. Do you encounter the same problem for all the videos?
    2. Did you start creating a video from scratch?

    A. First check if you can use all the editable options in Online.

Go to https://app.clipchamp.com/ sign in with your Microsoft account. Check if you can see all the editable options.

    B. If you are having issues with the desktop app,

-Uninstall the Clipchamp app from the App settings.

    • Download and install the program from the given link below.
