Good day,
I bought a full year subscription of the above from Microsoft but on attempting to install, it says I need Mac OS 11 and above.
This doesn't seem fair to us users with older Mac's more like Apple, Microsoft is forcing us to shell out thousands of GBP's to buy new Mac in order to use an application that's worth less than £100.
Please is there a way I can install older version of Office on my Mac. If not, will Microsoft refund my money? Ideally I want to use the product so any other way around it will be appreciated.

I didn’t seek a refund as the solution was to install the last update for your version of MacOS.

As per your description, it seems that you want to run Office 365 app on your Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. In Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. the October 2022 update (16.66) is the last build of Office to support macOS Catalina 10.15.
You can install this installer Install package Office suite (with Teams) and use it to install Microsoft Office 2019/Office 365 package (the version 16.66).
Also, you can download the installer version 16.66 from this page: Update history for Office for Mac install Office package with the same version as well.

I was forced to cancel my subscription to Microsoft Office 365 because the software would not install on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. The minimum requirement for Microsoft Office 365 was given as MacOS 11. Is there any way to get Microsoft Office 365 to install on MacOS 10.15.7?
