How do I access the cloud?

My computer is saying that I do not have Microsoft 365 and I cannot open items because one drive is turned off....I pay automatically every October.

    I am sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused, To access your OneDrive cloud please go to www.office.com/ sign in with your Microsoft Account and click on OneDrive to access your online files and storage.

    • You can also check your Microsoft 365 subscription by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “My Microsoft Account”.
    • Then select the service & subscription tab to see if you are currently subscribed to any of the Microsoft 365 subscription

    It could be you are syncing OneDrive to a default account that is not the account that has your Microsoft 365 subscription applied.

    I suggest you go to the OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar > View online. That will take you to the account that is linked to OneDrive on your computer.

    Try uninstalling OneDrive and then reinstalling from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download

    Or click the "Start OneDrive" button on that page.

    When I try to do what you suggests it tells me I have tried to many times to get in to my account. I just tried once. I really hate this.
