Shouldn't the Zoom setup work for Microsoft 365 Business Standard? The Zoom support person I'm working with is telling me I'm nearly setup and just need to provide the URL for the EWS. Can someone who has MS365 Business Standard please share screenshots of where to find this URL?
I eventually found out that the Zoom setup I was seeking was for enterprise networks and not an individual or small business 365 account. The integration I was seeking is not available on Zoom with an individual or small business 365 account.
Hello Mark Topash1,
Thank you for your reply,
The exchange Admin picture i have shared above is from your on-prem side i mean exchange server, so if your Organization is in hybrid environment you need to contact the Admin who have access to your on-prem side ( exchange server).
If your EWS URL begins with office.office365.com, then you are on Office 365.
2-Under Account Settings, this will indicate your email server's address.
For example, if you see https://mail.affinity.co/owa/mail.com in the result above. Your EWS URL would be https://mail.affinity.co/ews/exchange.asmx.
Please feel free to let us know if there are any questions or if we got you wrong. We will continue to assist you based on the information you provide. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Sincerely,
