Thanks, I'm confused by all this, don't know if I have some free 30 day deal or the Free Online Excel version, but I figured out something: I was looking at the Excel program and clicked on File Info and saw this link to "Open in Desktop App" which I clicked on and now have Excel as a separate program with Picture Formatting and access to Options like Customizing the Ribbon. Here's a screenprint of the same in Word since Excel one was gone after I clicked it. The whole ordeal has been frustrating, thanks for your help Shane and Andreas!

    Hi,

The screenshot I showed was my Excel 365.

I don't know why you wouldn't have this feature. However, you could check the following:

    File, More, Options, Customize Ribbon,

from the Customize Ribbon drop down at the top right choose Tool Tabs,

Under Picture Tools check to see if the box for Picture Format is checked.

I think my Excel 365 is defective. I'm currently on the 30 day free trial (purchased a 15 month subscription but am waiting for end of free trial to activate), if the free trial version is lacking functionality, why would anyone want to buy it based on my experience since a lot of things don't work??? This is crazy.

Here's my File, Options choice. I have no File, More... This single Option choice is to change to English (United States) or something else.

    Thanks

Thanks, that's how it worked in my Excel 2016, but this does not work in my Excel 365. It works in my Word 365 though, but I want this functionality in Excel... Any idea why it won't work?
