While you can't convert your presentation to a web page, you can include it on a web page or blog post.

With your presentation open in PowerPoint for the web, choose File>Share>Embed. Set the height and width at which you want it to display, then copy the Embed Code. Paste that code onto your web page HTML, then upload the page to your web site.

You can embed a PowerPoint *in* a web page, but PowerPoint hasn't been able to save presentations *as* web pages for nearly 20 years.

There are add-ins that let you convert PowerPoint presentations to web pages, but the ones I know of only work with the desktop version of PowerPoint.

Can you describe what you're after in more detail, though?
