In OneNote for Ipad, how can I set Paper Style to default to something other than none?

There is actually a solution to this that works on the iPad. You need to set it up on the OneNote Desktop version. It needs to be done for each individual section.

1. Create a blank page and select the desired Rule Lines in the View Ribbon.
2. In the Insert Ribbon, select the Page Templates button.
3. Click the "Save current page as a template" link in the side panel.
4. Name and save the template
5. In the Templates side panel, select the template under "Always use a specific template"

After syncing, all new pages in this section on the iPad will have those rule lines.

C'mon Microsoft support, this was a simple question...

I agree. I am searching for a solution constantly in the hope that someone figured out a way. This is a major flaw.

Thank you Ravikumar, but that doesn't solve my problem. I am asking how to have the grid lines show by default, so I don't have to change the paper style every time I create a new page. Currently, the default paper style is blank or none.

I think it's safe to say that it is not possible on the iPad version, as I am having your problem and there is nothing online to help.

I have the same question and/or feature request. Being able to set a default page style is something that is sorely lacking in the app today.
