Hi Mespia
I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
Here are the steps you can follow:
In your Word document, select the text that you want to format as a header.
On the Home tab, click on the Styles pane launcher to open the Styles pane.
At the bottom of the Styles pane, click on the New Style button to create a new style.
In the Create New Style from Formatting dialog box, give your new style a name and select “Heading” from the “Style type” drop-down list.
Click on the Format button at the bottom of the dialog box and choose Font from the menu.
In the Font dialog box, select “Bold” from the “Font style” list and choose “Red” from the “Color” drop-down list. Click OK to apply these formatting options to your new style.
Next, place your cursor between the number and the word “Exercises” in your header text and press Enter to move “Exercises” to a new line.
Select the word “Exercises” and repeat steps 5-6 above, but this time choose “Blue” from the “Color” drop-down list in the Font dialog box.
Finally, place your cursor at the end of the word “Exercises” and press Delete to move it back up to the same line as the number.
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
AnnaThomas
