The global admin has lost access to a shared mailbox and so has the user that was a delegate to the shared mailbox. Is there any way this access can be re-established?

I ended up creating a service request with MS, they told me to go to m365 admin center > teams and groups > shared mailboxes. I could then manages the delegation there

We resolved this by using the classic interface.

    Hi,

I also have problem with this. It started when I added one Enterprise App as a delegation member of the mailbox, since then I can not anymore view Delegations for this mailbox in exchange center.

So I manage it with Powershell (Get-MailboxPermission, Add-MailboxPermission and Remove-MailboxPermission), first connect to Exchange-Online with O365 Admin account.

For Shared mailboxes, you can also use what @Kayode Titus wrote, M365 Admin center -> Teams & Groups -> Shared mailboxes.

Using classic interface worked for me too. In there I found the 'Send As' delegation was filled with unknown users with no names (even though the non-classic view had shown the users as normal). I removed all and readded them correctly.

Here is the requested screenshot. There was no reply button available in the private message (fyi).

The Organization Management role had the role groups "Company Administrator, Exchange Service Administration". The account I'm using is in the role group Company Administrator.
