Is it possible to place multiple images into a single image or frame, with the ability to click on an arrow and switch between the images? An image-deck, if you will?

I don't know how else to describe what I am asking for so apologies if it is a poorly worded question.

I have many images from excel pivot charts that I would like to put together into an image deck in a word document, such that someone reading the document can click an arrow on the right or left and "swipe" through the frame and see all the images within that image deck. The images are simple pivot x/y graphs showing datasets and it is intuitively helpful to swipe between the images and see a visual comparison of the different results of each dataset.

    Hello,

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Word does not have a built-in feature to create an interactive image deck or slideshow within a document. However, there are a few workarounds you can try:

    1. Embed a PowerPoint slide: You can create a slideshow in PowerPoint and then embed the slide into your Word document. To do this, first create the slideshow in PowerPoint and save it. Then, in Word, go to the Insert tab and click on Object. In the Object dialog box, select Create from File and browse to the location of your saved PowerPoint file. This will insert the first slide of your PowerPoint presentation into your Word document. Double-clicking on the slide will open the presentation in PowerPoint, where you can view the slideshow.
    2. Use a third-party tool: There are several third-party tools available that allow you to create interactive image galleries or slideshows that can be embedded into a Word document. Some examples include PhotoSnack](https://www.photosnack.com/%29) and Jssor Slider.](https://www.jssor.com/%29.) These tools typically generate HTML code that can be inserted into your Word document using the Insert > Object > Text from File method.
    3. Create a PDF: Another option is to create a PDF document with an interactive image gallery or slideshow. Adobe Acrobat Pro has a built-in feature for creating image galleries, and there are also several third-party tools available for creating interactive PDFs.

I hope one of these options works for you!

Currently to get around this I am putting my photos into powerpoint slides and creating animated GIFs of the sets of slides I need. However this makes it an automatic animation as opposed to a slidedeck within the word document.
