I have an outlook office account that i can access. At one time i signed up up for Project Plan 1 subscription. I can not sign into it any more as its been so long since i used it but i still get bills sent to my outlook address. when i try to sign in it comes up with farramarine125.onmicrosoft.com but wont accept the password i have saved. Today i received another bill for 54 pounds. I either want a way to get back into the account, or a way to cancel my subscription. the online help is terrible and all the phone numbers no longer work.

I cant access the project plan 1 in my office 365 account page .

I cant see it when i look under manage subscriptions

i keep receiving bills that are sent to ******@outlook.com email address.

below is what the account information is:

Organisation Name: xxxxxxxxxxxx

Domain: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx125.onmicrosoft.com

Subscription name: project plan 1

Subscription exp date: 26 February 2024

please assist me to either be able to use the project plan 1, or cancel the subscription.

Your system should be able to see the last time i was able to use it.

best regards Martin Rice

I just got an email from Doug at Microsoft, but it wont let me reply to him. Absolute terrible service from Microsoft as usual. Impossible to speak to a human, spend hours going through possible question suggestions. Around and around in circles with no closure to my problem.
