I bought Minecraft for my brother in the Microsoft Store. I bought the Minecraft Java and bedrock edition deluxe collection. Now it doesn't show up in his library and we are unable to install it on his computer.

I tried to do this but now there is a pop up that says "the app you're trying to install isn't a microsoft-verified app" but when I tried looking at the Microsoft app store it don't let me download it even though I bought it.

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. Could you please check the application availability settings in your Windows device?

    1. Open Windows settings or Press the "Windows key + I"
    2. Click on Apps
    3. Go to Advanced App Settings and click on "Where to get apps" and make sure the selection is "Anywhere"
    4. Restart your device once.

Please try this option and let us know if you're able to install the app.

    Thank you!
