MS Server 2019 standard offline ISO or IMG installer

I am looking to install MS Server 2019 Standard from scratch. I am looking for an ISO or IMG file that I can burn to either a thumb drive or optical media that will allow me to do the install. I would prefer the image file to have the latest updates.
Can someone assist with a possible location of the media?

    Customers who download the full ISO will need to choose an edition and an installation option. This ISO evaluation is for the Datacenter and Standard editions. The Datacenter edition is the most complete edition and includes the new Datacenter-specific features (Shielded Virtual Machines, Storage Spaces Direct, and Software-Defined Networking) in addition to unlimited server virtualization.

    Or using A Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).
